Member Suspension

Please fill out the form below , which will serve as your written notice to suspend your membership. A team member will reach out within seven (7) days to finalize your request. Please note, if your suspension request is within 14 days of your membership renewal date, you may be charged the next month’s membership fee (per your contract). If this is the case, we can credit your account that amount and can use it for the next month going forward
