Hey, we’re sorry to see you go - but we know that life changes and our center may not serve your needs anymore. We’re okay with that!

Please fill out the form below , which will serve as your written notice to cancel your membership. A team member will reach out within seven (7) days to finalize your request.

Please note, if your submitted cancellation form is received less than 21 days before your membership renewal date, your cancellation will be processed as a late cancellation. As per your membership agreement with Shambhala, late cancellations are subject to be charged one final time before termination of membership. If you are a member in good standing, you are entitled to receive an account credit of the equivalent dollar value of the charge.

If you are submitting a late cancellation and would prefer to hold onto membership for 1 more month (rather than receiving account credit), we can process your request as an early cancellation. This looks like getting charged one final time on your usual billing date, using your membership for one final month, then terminating one day prior to the following month’s billing date. For example, if you usually get charged on the 15th, you’d get charged then as usual, use your membership until the 14th of the following month, when the membership would terminate.
