Join us for our monthly series, this time exploring arm balances. If you can support a healthy plank pose or chaturanga, you can begin to delve in to the world of arm balances. This practice is designed to find strength, range of motion and the mental focus to take flight. You’ll leave with a variety of techniques that can be used in to future practices. Appropriate for all levels.
