Through a system of physical toning and gentle stretching exercises, deep breathing and relaxation, yoga will help to calm your mind, strengthen your body, soothe your spirit and restore a sense of peace and well-being to your life. This class will move at a nice and easy pace, with plenty of time for individual attention and modifications to suit your needs.
